ACCOMMODATION
Students stay in premium student residences (MiCampus) in both Barcelona and Madrid—modern, secure dormitories located in safe neighborhoods with excellent access to the city centers. Each residence is just 20-30 minutes from Barcelona and Madrid’s main attractions.

Round-trip group flights from India (Delhi/Mumbai) to Barcelona and return from Madrid are included. Chaperones accompany students from departure airport to safe arrival back in India. All flight details are coordinated with families.

Inter-City Travel

The all-inclusive program covers round-trip international flights from India, visa support, comprehensive insurance, 13 nights accommodation, 42 meals with dietary accommodations, 40+ hours Spanish instruction, all study materials and certificates, 15+ activities with entrance fees, 3 life skills workshops, all transportation, 2 Indian chaperones with 24/7 supervision, welcome pack, daily parent updates, pre-departure orientation, and post-program alumni community. The only exclusions are personal shopping and optional expenses.
How are the students selected?
We carefully select a small group of 20 motivated students based on interest, curiosity, and enthusiasm — not just academics. We want open-minded teens ready to learn, explore, and represent India proudly abroad.
Who will take care of them in Spain?
Each group is guided by:
– Two Indian chaperones traveling with them from India.
– Local program coordinators and teachers on-site every day.
We maintain a 1:10 adult-to-student ratio for constant supervision.
Will my child actually learn Spanish?
Yes! Through 40+ interactive hours of lessons, games, and real-world practice — ordering food, exploring markets, and socializing with locals — students return with conversational Spanish skills and cultural fluency.
Is the summer program suitable for beginners in Spanish?
Absolutely! Our program welcomes all Spanish levels from complete beginners (A1) to intermediate learners (B1). Students take a level assessment on Day 2 in Barcelona and are placed appropriately. Our native-speaking instructors tailor lessons to each student’s starting point, ensuring everyone progresses at their own pace while being challenged appropriately.
What if my child has never traveled alone before?
Perfect — that’s what this program is designed for.
We prepare students and parents through a pre-departure orientation, travel readiness workshops, and constant supervision throughout the journey. It’s independence with support, not isolation.
What if my child gets homesick or has issues?
Our staff is specifically trained to handle homesickness and emotional needs with cultural sensitivity and empathy. They maintain daily communication with parents and can arrange video calls anytime. We create a supportive peer environment where students feel comfortable sharing feelings. Our 24/7 emergency hotline ensures parents can reach us immediately for any concerns. We also schedule regular check-ins and reflection sessions throughout the program.
Will my child be with other Indian students?
Yes! This is an India-specific program limited to 20 Indian teenagers. Students share cultural context, familiar support systems, and build friendships that often last beyond the program. This provides the perfect balance: challenging global immersion with comfortable peer community.
What about dietary requirements?
We accommodate ALL dietary needs including vegetarian (all variations), Vegan, Jain, religious dietary requirements (Halal), and all food allergies and intolerances. We inform residence kitchens of each student’s requirements before arrival.
What happens after we fill the interest form?
